My husband and I are new parents and recently bought a new house this past fall...needless to say, it's a real fixer-upper. We have a LONG list of house items that must be done, none of which will improve the look or enjoyment of our home. Unfortunately, electrical, plumbing and heating take precedence over anything fun that we would like to do leaving us with a dreary, moldy backyard and patio with no seating. Our patio or as it's really called, "our sunroom" desperately needs help. It leaks, has mold everywhere and acts as a bird trap but luckily the "sunroom" is equiped with 4 single pain sliding glass doors so all we need to do, is open one of the doors to let the bird(s) out (sigh). This "sunroom" also has a lovely painted cement floor...it's an aweful baby blue color! Our hope is to tear down the room but can't find the time with a baby, lack of funds as well as a lack of vision.
Please help us with our Leaky Cauldron! We want to relax and enjoy our patio with our new baby, family and friends this summer.
