I was taking a video at the second view spot on the five mile drive in Point Defiance Park Tacoma Wa on Sat April 23rd. A image appears in the lower right corner of the screen 41 seconds into the video. I slowed it down frame by frame and saw faces forming in the image. You can cleary see a mans face and it changes into different faces as I am moving it. I didnt see it when I was filming. It was windy but no rain. Thought this would be a interesting story. Hope to see it soon!
