Today at 1:30pm Thunder shook the house in Gig Harbor WA. Our Aussie jumped up to attention. Again thunder and flashes of lightening. He stared at me moaning me with worry. I reassured him. "It's OK Patches." Then it came suddenly! The noise!! Rain like a monsoon. We opened the blinds to see a down poor of the wet stuff. It was like looking through a waterfall! Then it started pelting us with hail. At first they were small..but they grew to nearly the size of pennies. I thought, "What if it dents the cars..am I covered?" Our entire yard and vehicles were covered in a blanket of white. Then as quickly as it had started, it stopped. It was odd and still when it was done.
