Rare occasion!! on the "down-low" until it happened.
Mig-29 that was being restored at Arlington Airport takes it's first flight.
I understand that once it took off it was destined for Plaine Field airport after
a brief time in the air today. I also understand that once it took off it wouldn't be
able to land again at Arlington due to it needs a longer run way.
It was awesome to be so close to this amazing aircraft and to hear it is indescribable!
Take off was at 1pm today.

I have about 158 photos in various stagings. I also got video of the plane when it was
taking off.. but I'm having trouble with the avi file from my Nikon.
