Which cities get the least amount of rainy or gray days in western Washington?

The driest part of western Washington is that area sheltered by the Olympic mountains-what's called a 'rain shadow'. That includes Sequim, Port Townsend, Anacortes and Friday Harbor-areas which typically receive half-or less-of the typical rainfall recorded in Puget Sound on an annual basis.
