How often is it dry on the fourth of July...and what do long range projections point to this year?
The earliest statistics begin in 1893. Over the past 119 years, measurable rain has fallen 33 of those years....approximately 27%. Over the past ten years, measurable rain has fallen only twice (as measured at SEATAC)-2010 and 2006. Now the fourth of July is several days away...a bit distant for any serious conjecture...but there are hints in our long range computer guidance of a drier and warmer weather pattern. Stay tuned!
