Hey...you've stopped showing our local schoolnet station-what's the matter-don't you like us?
Of course we like 'you' and of course 'you're important to us'. We probably miss your schoolnet stations' weather observations as much as you do, since they help us fill in the 'weather picture' as we prepare our forecasts. The problem is often that school is out. Although we ask Schoolnet sites to stay 'connected'...many pull the plug...disconnecting the weather stations and their feed to you...and to us. The other element is that we now have some 200 weather stations, and there's simply no way we can display all of those in each and every broadcast. So periodically we move our 'starting point' to a different letter of the alphabet. You can always check on your local schoolnet station (if it's still sending data) at our website, www.king5.com/weather
Look for the schoolnet reference, and then select your part of the state, and then your area.
