Does the lack of sunshine here have an impact on our health?
Yes...both physically and emotionally. When sunshine is lacking, we're deprived of much needed vitamin D. Low Vitamin D levels have been linked with Cancer, obesity and possibly Multiple Sclerosis. Lower daylight levels (especially during the winter) can also cause S.A.D....seasonal affective disorder.
