It's no secret that diet and exercise have an effect on your health. But did you know that the weather does too?

Jeff Renner and Jean Enersen co-host a special program detailing how different weather conditions lead to different health problems, including why some people are more at risk of heat strokes than others, the risks of seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and is it true that some people can really feel a change in the weather when their joints ache?
