Bail set at $1 million for woman held in North Seattle shooting

Bail was set at $1 million for Carolyn Piksa, accused in a shooting at a Seattle parks department facility on Friday. Piksa's family was in the courtroom and said their prayers go out to Bill Keller, who remains in serious condition.
