Seattle car dealer, civic leader, Phil Smart Sr. dies

Longtime Seattle car dealer and civic leader Phil Smart Sr. died Friday. He was 93. Smart opened the first Mercedes dealership in Seattle in 1959. He volunteered with Seattle Children's Hospital for 40 years.
