State officials say convicted sex offender should go free

He abducted, raped and tried to murder a 14-year-old girl. For those crimes, Donald Randolph was sentenced to life in prison. Now, though, state officials said he should go free. KING 5's Eric Wilkinson follows up a story he first reported Thursday.
