Payback time for Bonney Lake judge who needed to mend fence

It was a case of a judge who failed to pay a judgement, but not anymore. Bonney Lake Judge Ron Heslop finally paid a Puyallup couple a debt he had owed for years. Jesse Jones says the payment came as a complete surprise.
