Cafe Racer shooter's father: Obama's gun control proposal isn't enough

Will President Obama's action do anything to deter gun violence? The father of Ian Stawicki - who casually strolled into Seattle's Cafe Racer and opened fire, killing four, another woman and then himself - says the proposal doesn't go far enough.
