UW grad one of the first female nuclear sub officers

University of Washington graduate, Lt. Amber Cowan, becomes one of the first female unrestricted line officers aboard a nuclear submarine. The honor puts her on a path to one day command a Navy sub. KING 5's Meg Coyle reports.
