Crews hope to reopen Everett's SR 529 bridge by noon Tuesday

The northbound lanes of the SR 529 bridge between Everett and Marysville has been closed since early Saturday morning when an SUV crashed into part of the structure, damaging major pieces of the bridge's structural steel.
