Not satisfied by DOJ findings, Asst. Professor conducts independent review of SPD Use of Force

Dr. Matt Hickman has a PhD in Criminal Justice and he said DOJ's findings do not ring true with what he knows about use of force. King 5 asks the Assistant Professor about his credentials and why he's reviewing more than 1200SPD records.
