Competition driving gas prices down around Puget Sound

The latest numbers show Bellingham drivers are paying an average of $3.80 a gallon. In Seattle, the average price at the pump is $3.77 and people are paying $3.61 in Tacoma. And there appears to be a price war in Pierce County.
