Brothers: Secret Boy Scout files could have protected us from predatory Scoutmaster

Twin brothers from Seattle say a Scoutmaster sexually molested them in the1980’s. Meanwhile Scouting officials were compiling secret files on pedophiles in their ranks. The brothers believe that knowledge may have spared them from the abuse.
