Northbound SR 99 in Seattle reopened ahead of schedule

Northbound State Route 99 was closed between the West Seattle Bridge and SODO at 10 p.m. Friday but was reopened by 5 p.m. Saturday, far ahead of the planned 5 a.m. Monday reopening.
