Feds launch criminal investigation into sinking of Deep Sea

Agencies have refused to confirm if the sinking of an old fishing boat in Whidbey Island's Penn Cove was a suspected case of arson. But KING 5 has learned two federal agencies have launched criminal investigations into the case.
