Riders stuck at 100 feet on Minn. fair swings

Two dozen people were stranded more than 100 feet in the air for an hour when a ride malfunctioned at the Minnesota State Fair on Friday. The "Stratosphere" swings riders 200 feet in the air. The ride got stuck on Thursday as well.
