Civil suit accuses Pacific mayor of sexual abuse decades ago

A woman identified by the initials "K.C." filed a complaint in Pierce County Superior Court Wednesday against Pacific Mayor Cy Sun, accusing him of sexual abuse and exploitation when she was a teenager.
