Seattle residents frustrated by spike in violence march on City Hall

Seattle is in the midst of a deadly spike in violent crime that has claimed 22 lives. Residents in South Seattle say many of the incidents are happening in their neighborhood and on Monday they marched to City Hall to ask for help.
