As Sacramento arena deal dies, Seattle efforts continue

Seattle’s hopes of getting a new NBA franchise got a big boost Friday when Sacramento’s mayor announced the city and the owners of the Sacramento Kings had reached ‘irreconcilable’ differences on a new arena.
