What can be learned in Oklahoma about Pacific Northwest storms?

The new Ocean Shores radar will provide a better look at approaching Pacific Northwest storms. The technology was developed by the National Weather Center in Oklahoma. KING 5's Chief Meteorologist Jeff Renner went there to learn from the experts.
