On Friday morning, Dr. Dexter Gordon, professor and director of the Race and Pedagogy Initiative at University of Puget Sound, and Ayanna Drakos, coordinator from Tacoma's REACH Center, spoke with KING 5's Joyce Taylor about this weekend's Youth and Family Summit, a free event aimed at bringing students, educators, parents and community leaders together to improve Tacoma area schools.
