With a new plant going up, some wonder if it will eventually cost jobs at the Everett plant. A loss of jobs would be costly to businesses that count on Boeing workers as customers.

This really is a needless story. It is not that Boeing is taking jobs from this state, they are taking away "future expansion" ---which only eliminates future jobs from future businesses which haven't even been created yet! You can't miss what you don't have. Feel lucky for what you DO have...today! I suppose even Microsoft will have to come to grips with this someday, & "expand" out-of-state. As example... both the Everett & Renton factories are at "maximum expansion". Surrounding roads can not handle any more employee's, & both buildings can not handle any more aircraft than what they already produce. Surrounding residents also can not handle any more tax increases either. It's all pretty simple. When you're "maxed out", you look for other options.
