Sheriff’s deputies in Davis County, Utah rescued a deer trapped in a manhole Thursday. They used a climbing rope to lasso the struggling deer. The frightened deer was hauled to safety and then released back into the woods. Deputies said they were given the option to put the deer down, but opted for the rescue, instead.
