We are getting a better picture of the devastation in Haiti. The sounds are excruciating, the pictures are even harder to bear. Buildings are crushed, bodies are scattered in the streets, and survivors are desperately trying to find a way out.
Meanwhile, several Washington families with connections to Haiti are anxiously waiting for word about friends and family.
