SkyKING over Orcas off West Seattle

Orcas swimming side by side between Fauntleroy at West Seattle and Vashon Island seemed to be synchronizing their breathing, blowing through their blow holes at the same time.

Is there no laws for taking videos like this? You'd think this would stress out the whales. I'm not a member of ANY organization or anything, just wondering. I know if a ..chopper was hovering over me I'd be getting stressed out.
