Seattle trying to achieve 'Gross National Happiness'

It's one of the most isolated nations in the world, nearly a quarter of the population lives in poverty and they've only had television for twelve years. So why are the people of Bhutan so happy, and why does the City of Seattle want us to be more like them?

There is a difference between what the reporter heard and what was recommended. What was recommended is that the government create a climate where it is easier to pursue happiness. The reporter asked that the government CREATE happiness. Big difference!! Philippians 4:11. . . I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.
