The Seahawks Blue Thunder drumline is the heartbeat of Hawks fans. The high-energy group performs at every home game as well as at over 100 appearances each year. The team will be out in full force today sending off the Seahawks in style.
"We do a lot of things very different than other drumlines. We do one hundred gigs a year in the community as well as our ten game days. We also have guest drummers on game day - we feature some of the best rock band drummers in Seattle," said Keith Rousu, Director of the Blue Thunder Drumline.
The drum corps will be at the NE 30th overpass, just south of Virginia Mason between one and two o'clock today along with the SeaGals and fans, sending the team off in style.
