Watch: Police release video of kidnapping by police impersonators

Police in Pierce County have released a surveillance video showing two fast food restaurant workers being kidnapped by two men posing as police officers on Sunday, October 25th. The two fake police officers are suspected of four kidnappings and the rape of one victim.
