The San Diego Seaworld is under fire from PETA following an injury to an orca whale.
The orca, named Nakai, sustained a large gash on its chin through contact with the pool environment, Seaworld San Diego reported, and not from another whale.
PETA questions the facility's care of the whale and has planned a protest at Seaworld San Diego for Wednesday.
