The first annual Northwest Paddling Festival happens Saturday, June 25th and Sunday (9am-5pm), June 26th, 2011 (9am-5pm) at Jack Block Park in West Seattle. The festival features Sea Kayak and SUP (stand-up paddleboard) demonstrations, on-water instruction, Alki Paddling Challenge, classroom presentations, and vendors.
