Scientists explained to KING 5 News that this almost 50-feet meteor is actually the largest meteor to hit earth in over a centery. The last one, which struck in Tunguska, Russia, in 1908, was actually much larger.
But we know much more about the recent one because everyone seemed to capture it. It's dash cams from Russian cars that provided hundreds if not thousands of angles to the meteor as it came in.
