Voters rejected tax hikes in past years, but the governor believes voters will now accept higher taxes when they see what new cuts would do to education. Teachers in Edmonds invited state legislators to the classroom to educate them on the desperate need for funding. KING 5's Mimi Jung reports from Meadowdale Elementary.
