I'd rather have that kid searched twice then blow up on an airplane. 2cents.

TSA is facing so many issues in patting down children and don't wonder anymore if parents react negatively when their child are being patted down by the TSA. One example is here: . It's about a TN woman was detained when TSA agents tried to pat down her daughter Saturday. Her response led to her arrest. The female allegedly became belligerent and was charged with disorderly conduct. This incident occurred after the Transportation Security Administration changed its procedure concerning the pat down of kids recently.

Ask a TSA officialwho did 9-11 and I guarantee you will catch hell for it. They don't know and they don't care. One thing for sure, if they aren't interfered with, they can handle their job.

Maybe if Barry's wife and kids had to get gate raped every time they flew he would see fit to stop the practice. It is all conditioning for the day he envisions himself dictator in chief when we will all be subject to unwarranted searches everywhere we will go.

Why is it that everytime I try to post a comment that reveals the truth about the only people being singled out for these pat downs is white people, it never gets posted. What is it, you people are scared to let the United States see know who is really being discriminated against.

I'm challenging King5 to do a comprehensive investigative report on the TSA. Find out who's being molested, why, assemble their stories and tell the rest of America what is going on at these so-called Checkpoints. It all makes me want to vomit The horror stories coming out of our airports and soon to be our rail systems, bus systems and yes highways. (The TSA has already been spotted playing tinfoil badge cop on the Sounder folks, so it's already started) are vile. I have a friend who everytime she travels she's singled out to be scanned. I'm sure this has nothing to do with the fact that she's a total bombshell... she's had those halfwitted TSA agents rub down her BARE arms and legs. Really? This is security? I don't think so. This is perversion. The TSA attracts pedofiles and sexual deviants more than ever. ANYONE can get a job there gate raping your kids and your hot wife. Really ANYONE can.

I normally don’t respond to things, but this TexasT infuriates me. Be a “good parent” and tell your kids they may get a pat down? Honestly, I didn’t even know they were doing this to kids and we take our kids on vacations and have never had this conversation. Yikes, we must be bad parents. By they way, what do you tell your kids about these pat downs? Because my kids know nothing about terrorism, I guess their sheltered that way. Or better yet, how do you tell a child that you may have a pat down and you may be humiliated? Good for these parents, I would have done the same thing!

Should they have touched him? ABSOLUTELY NOT! But, aside from the ridiculousness and incompetence of TSA (who have never actually stopped a terrorist attack), there are a couple of things wrong with this non-story. 1) "They say they weren't told why he was chosen..."????? Um, yeah they were. It's called a buzzer on the metal detector. 2) "You know, we didn't really have any time to talk to him about what they were really doing..." Um, how about being a parent and telling your children what they MAY experience BEFORE going to the airport? I went through security last week in Houston with my wife, a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 9 month old...none of us had an agent so much as brush up against us. BUT, we told our kids ahead of time what COULD happen, and that mommy and daddy would be right there. But believe me, if a TSA worker even got close to my daughter's private areas...we would not have made it on that plane...and a REAL story would have made the headlines.

this whole thing with airports really bothers me. we the people of America are scrutinized as possible terrorists. this is a insult to my integrity as an American citizen. i have stopped flying because of this. i would rather drive to my destination than to be treated as a possible terrorist. they even treat our vets with scrutiny. this is shameful. but to search a small child like that is just wrong. i'm so glad that my kids are grown up and don't have to grow up in a country where every man, woman, and child is treated as a threat to this country. this is suppose to be the land of the free. how can you truly be free when your government treats you as a threat to them? shameful!!!

First of all, every Arab who gets on a plane should be searched, of any age. If they don't like it, don't fly. Arabs are the ones who commit all the attacks on planes. Since the 1972 Munich masacre, we should have realized these people are animals. If the ACLU doesn't like it, too bad. For forty years you liberals have tried to kiss the backsides of these animals and what has it gotten you? They are still trying to kill us. You are never going to win a war against animals who don't even care for their own children by kissing up to them and showing them we are weak. Let's grow a pair like Israel did, and keep these people off the planes by any means neccesary. If they get insulted, too bad, they should have doen more to stop their own people from doing this. Why were we attacked on 911? We didn't fight back the last 8 times the animals attacked us. I would have a 1000 to 1 retribution against them for ebery one of ours they hurt- watch how fast it all stops then. Animals

One of the terrible things about TSA intimately patting down a child is that it TEACHES children that allowing yourself to be molested by an adult is acceptable and necessary. Defenseless children are being set up by TSA to be molested by child molesters. Why are there not a lot more bomb sniffing dogs at airports? WHY? I have not seen any at American airports. WHY? Experts say that there is NO safe level of radiation. That radiation is accumulative and that the airport scanners WILL cause cancer. Are there not enough people suffering horribly from cancer already, to greatly add to their numbers? Also, it is a fact that the scanners CANNOT reveal some of the bombs. Why does America and other countries not use Israel's fantastic and highly successful airport security system? WHY? Why are vastly inferior security systems used instead? WHY?

A couple of weeks ago, I flew out of England (LHR) to JFK. Going through security, I removed my shoes like a robot only to find that it is NOT required there. Bear in mind this is where the shoe bomber departed on his now famous flight, subjecting billions of shoes to be x-rayed at US airports. I found the UK security procedures to be much more pleasant than any US airport. I have absolutely NO problem with profiling to the 10th degree. If I want to buy milk, I don't go to a shoe store. As far as I know, 100% of terrorism is coming from Arabs. Why should honest Americans be lumped with that group. Yes, I know that probably less than 1% of that group is causing problems, but that's where the "milk" is.

My mother just returned from a trip to Germany. She visited several countries throughout Europe using different forms of transportation. Not once was she subjected to the illegal searches that seem to happen more and more frequently in the US. She asked one airport security person if she had to remove her shoes while going through the scanning process. He told her no where would she get a weird idea like that. She told him they made people do that in the US. His reply was classic. "We don't harass honest citizens, we only do that with criminals". Also, please remember the nice quote from one of our founding Fathers: They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. ~Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759 TSA searches do not make me feel safe. Not when a teenager can sneak onto an airplane via the wheel well. Not when guns have made it through searches.

Somebody please show me where it says "except if you want to fly on an airplane" I am not a conspiracy theorist, but I am starting to believe that the TSA in it's current state is the start of something else. Soon it will be "except if you want to enter a mall" then "except if you want to cross the street" until we get to "except if you want to wake up in the morning". And for those who say "don't fly then" please notice that it really is NOT an option. when you get to the front of the line and refuse to be groped, you can't just leave. They take you away for interrogation or arrest you. What happened to our freedoms?

Folks, in all seriousness (sometimes I'm serious...sometimes I'm not...) if the TSA doesn't pat down 6 year old kids and 80 year old grandmas, or people in wheelchairs, then that is a form of profiling. Whether we target one profile or ignore another, it is still a profiling technique. Which way to you want it?

Emptynestr is on the right track. We certainly don't need these TSA Pervs - Janet's Gropers! BUT all this stems from the growth of the nanny state where we've let government intrude into our lives and we trivilized common sense - like using profiling to find terrorists. We know that a white 6 year old is not statistically likely to hijack and explode an aircraft. This kid was probably #100 where they have to be 'fair' to everyone and and take every 100th white child to make it look like there's no discrimination. Enough! TSA needs to be killed off - period and let a corsortium of American airports set up the rules on screening including the use of profiling. If you hire retired execs from El Al Airlines and Israel's Mossad to run the airport security, all will be well. Let's get real here! Send this pack of big government socialists back home in 2012. Smaller government, more common sense.

The TSA and the Department of Homeland Security doesn't care about the public or their safety and they certainly don't care about some family complaining about their sons and daughters being felt up by their "Agents". they're have been countless reports about kids being "patted down". An action that if any one else did would be brought up on criminal charges. The only way to end this is to complain to the people our government does care about and listen to, The Travel Companies. You need to let the resorts, the hotels, the car rental agency's and the airlines themselves know that you will not be using their services because of the TSA. Only when big corporations complain about how their profits are down and they have to start laying people off will the government pay attention. This is what our republic has come to, people don't matter, only corporations and the government matter to the people in charge

I just think it is morally and constitutionally WRONG to be groping anyone like this. If this is what we have come to then we have already LOST our freedom and we better find a way to shove that part of the constitution in Napoliano's face that says..The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides that: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED, and Warrants shall not be issued, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." Since there has been NO WARRANT served on anyone who is subjected to such searchs it appears to be illegal to do what TSA is doing. No one seems to be served with one before being searched and groped. So how can they get by with this enmass like they are?

You know what that means, Big Sis will instruct her TSA goons to implement intrusive cavity searches? So instead of just a pat down you can look forward to body cavity intrusions! Of course all justified in the name of "safety and security? I can just see it now; a TSA Agent (large male) instructs passenger (attractive young female or teen) that she has been selected for an "expanded" pat down? Then subject is sequestered into small exam room or other location away from prying eyes or video surveillance, then is instructed to disrobe and to bend over exam table, then TSA Agent advises subject that any drip she may experience afterwards is just some excess lube...................................

Considering some percentage of TSA agents are pedophiles, probably members of NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association) which is an organized group of pedophiles helping each other molest kids and not get incarcerated, it's no surprise that they would molest a 6 year old boy repeatedly! The parents make me wonder though? Why would they allow these pedos to molest the child again? To hell with the trip, I would find another way rather than allow these scum to touch my child again? In protest of the current policy, myself and my family have not flown since this policy was enacted and will not fly until it is discontinued and I don't care if it goes on til Kingdom Come! There is no logic to an intrusive so called "pat down" of a 6 year old child who is obviously not a terrorist? Then to repeat this ridiculous procedure is outrageous and begs to question why? I can't in any way ascribe any logical reason so then one must entertain nefarious possibilities such as child molestation?

Sounds far fetched I know but look at what the perverts at the TSA already do. Who would risk taking their child anywhere around these TSA predators? Would you take your child to a place where a total stranger was allowed to run their hands all over them, and yet people still do. Soon this law will spread to the public and soon the police will have the right to stop and search whoever whenever all in the name of freedom and security. The constitution and bill of rights are nothing more then legends written about in old history books that the government cant afford to replace, mainly because they are giving to illegal aliens, other countries, or themselves. And dont entertain the thought that this will change or get better becuase it wont. Welcome to the New United States of America.

Could someone tell me the last time or anytime, for that matter, that a child or senior was even suspected of terrorism? Take a look at El Al airlines! They go out of there way to profile all of their passengers and have a perfect security record. These morons are like any other government bureaucracy they have to appear to be doing their phony baloney jobs. The person that mentioned taking back our country was absolutely correct and especially the part in the Constitution that give us citizens to do just that! It is amazing that our founding fathers realized how what we are living in and under can and could likely happen. The problem is that the Federal Govt. has all the weapons and the soldiers, but even that when pushed hard enough has changed in other countries.

Certain real high ups in this administration have yet to come out of the closet, and the Safe School Czar (lol) is a homosexual, google him and see his books. This administration wants to teach 6 year olds about "alternative life styles". Are you getting the point? The Liberals are all a bunch of sex perverts, homosexuals, tax cheats, liars, and child molesters, and they could care less what you think about them trampling on your rights and on the Constitution. And Hussein Obama and Pelosi and Reid are responsible for the last 5 trillion in debt, Natzee Nanzee deceitfully lied and inserted a $100 billion PRE-FUNDING of Obama Care, caused 63 Liberals to lose their life's work, Hussein Obama and Eric Holder PAID FOR THOSE AK-47s with STIMULUS MONEY. DESPICABLE.

As we continue down this road of Government control it would appear that at some point we will need to do what we have done before and remove this out of control government by any means necessarily. The constitution allows us to do just that.

Folks, if you don't act now, they will take ALL your freedoms away just as Stalin and Hitler did. These so called terrorists that Americans are so afraid of are being created. They are a fabrication for the purpose of furthering business for the security industry which sad to say is the biggest industry in America these days besides corrupt politicians. What do you think these high paid Pentagon people do all day? What do you think the CIA does all day? They plot these false attacks in order to terrorize the public into submitting. Oh boy, a hard rain is gonna fall on the USA in the next year or two. Get used to the idea of concentration camps For those of you who don't know how the Nazis rose to power go look up Reichstag fire. The Reichstag was similar to the US Capitol building. It was torched and blamed on the Russian communists when years after it was revealed that Hitler government did it themselves in order to get the backing of the people. Makes me think of

I totally agree with dano911 "We need about 20 or 30 people with baseball bats to enter the airports and ask TSA to leave!" but the time for asking the government to rid our society of these intrusive TSA militaristic pedophile goon types who are destroying our society has come. It needs to be done violently. I don't live in the US but am sick to death of your stinking tyrannical war mongering society. Where are all the Americans with balls? You've all turned into a nation of brain washed wimps. What a bunch of LOSERS you are all. You are stirring up trouble in every country on Earth and everyone hates you. Yes go to the airport as a flash mob with bats and don't ask.....DRIVE THEM OUT NOW.....CRACK THEIR HEADS OPEN. There are no terrorists but those in the Pentagon, Washington, Wall Street. For God's sakes people, get with it. Are you all drugged up on prescription drugs or something?

Both of the parents should be charged with child abuse for taking their children through TSA security in the first place. If you want to end the groping of the children, hold the parents accountable for taking their children to the gropers.

What is a fact is that even the Chechins have not been so insane to use children for bombing. They have used women who were widowed, and they can be identified by profiling. Viet Cong and Korean Guerrillas used infants and explosives, but we are not dealing with them - so that is not an issue. If the Republicans get the government back in 2012, I suggest they check the personal computers of some of these TSA agents. I would wager some of them are pedophiles. That of course, after the agency has been dismantled

This wouldn't be happening if Americans were mostly opposed to this criminal nonsense. But most Americans voted in this White House band of criminals. And at the airport, most people look like they are happy with the pat downs. Because they think it's for their security. No, most Americans are too stupid to have a limited government. Things will only get worse, much worse, as the percentage of voting whites goes below 50%. White Americans are the only group fighting for limited government. The other groups don't care, as long as the white funded welfare checks keep coming.

The TSA is training the masses for the developing Police State - the TSA has announced that there will be random roadside checkpoints - scanners and pat downs for malls, and travel by train. ' Don't fly' is not an option because the TSA intends to break your will and make you submit on command to random checks on all travel.

If we're willing to have our kids, wives, grandmothers and mothers molested and groped by strangers, why would it be so offensive to profile? I'm sick and tired of worrying about hurting the feelings of people that simply don't care about the feelings of anyone else. If you don't like it, take a stand against your brethren who believe certain people around the globe don't have a right to even exist. El Al doesn't need to molest anyone and it is the safest airline on the planet. Time to kick this liberal touchy-feely bulls*t to the curb. Just as it is time to kick the liberal politicians to the curb who implement these idiotic policies. Why is common sense so incredibly uncommon?

For the person who said that bombs are now being surgically implanted...it has never been done , it has never been attempted...it is more government propaganda....Why do you think TSA targets children? Why do Priest? Why have the scary magical terrorist never successfully blown up anything since 9/11? not a bus not a mall nothing..do you really think it is because the government is so brilliant or is it all just B.S. there have been plenty of mad men attacks but not a single organized effort....we wear our chains well and without question.

For all you grope and scan supporters are you aware that the terrorists new ploy is to surgically implant the explosives using breast implants or abdominal implants? And that these implants cannot be detected by the expensive new body scanners? So this security you are willing to trade your freedom and tax dollars for is illusory at best.

TSA conceded last week that a human cannot conceal enough explosive to bring down an airliner in responding to the implanted explosive story. The body absorbs too much of the energy to make this a useful weapon except in assassination attempts within a foot from the target. An ABC investigation in December also concluded that this is no risk associated with a bomb carried on or in an adult, much less a child. It is absurd to traumatize passengers when there is no realistic threat associated with this unlikely scenario. A small child is incapable of concealing any weapon large enough to pose a risk to passengers or crew. Those who defend the abuse of children and elderly women need to find a new argument, even TSA doesn’t agree with you on this one. TSA has failed to apply a security strategy, where most people are innocent. Instead it is approaching it from a police perspective, where most are assumed guilty. This is a clear failure in management .

TSA said they would stop groping children and have lied yet again. This is the same statement they made in November after the initial uproar . When reports of TSA strip searching and groping a 3year old in Salt Lake City surfaced Pistole lied to Congress denying this until the video showed up. He again said they would stop groping children and then the six year old girl groping in New Orleans was caught on video and now another episode occurs in less than a week. Undoubtedly they will resort to the same lies yet again, nothing will change and the abuses will continue. The agency has yet to acknowledge obvious abuses and failures, which fosters an organizational arrogance and indifference to passenger concerns. It is irresponsible for any organization to ignore criticism when there is overwhelming evidence of its shortcomings. Insofar as Mr. Pistole is heads this agency he must be replaced with someone who approaches this from a security perspective not law enforcement.

I swear to god, you sheep who think that there's a terrorist around every corner, on every plane need help. No one has died in an aviation related terror attack since 9/11. The attempts have been few and far between and on the rare occasion it's been attempted the TSA did NOTHING to stop it and in two of those cases (the shoe bomber and the panty bomber) were because the TSA and/or DHS allowed it to happen; In Richard Reid's case, the TSA basically put him on that plane against the airlines wishes! Yes, they did. Read up, educate yourselves. The TSA has NEVER caught a single terrorist or potential terrorist. However, since 9/11 over 10,000 travelers have been killed in aviation crashes due to pilot error or mechanical failure. If you're worried about deaths, you're lookin in the wrong place. Time to ban Gate Rapes. Time for America to be once again the Home of the Free and the Land of the BRAVE. Only cowards will allow their children to be abused by TSA halfwits.

These people should probably not ever travel internationally either. More than 11 years ago we traveled to Italy through Heathrow airport and our then 6 year old son was taken aside to be patted down- we were not allowed to go with him and they would not let us know why they were patting him down until they had done it, you did not question them, they had guns. The airline (British Airways) had given out a kids meal pack with magnets in it which set off their metal detectors when our son had them in his pants pocket. They did not take him out of our sight, and it was not a big deal. The security agent at Heathrow said that many people smuggle things in on children at that airport. I feel like if these parents had not made it a big deal with their child it would not have been a big deal. When you travel you have to expect that you will need to do what is asked of you, people doing the pat downs are professional and not trying to get a feel of you or your child.

Sorry, pathetic, panty-waisted cowards who are afraid of their own shadows and think they need TSAholes around to fly are the ones who should take the bus. The TSA is nothing more than an expensive, government-paid sex-offender support group. As in paying and supporting terrorists/sex offenders to harass airline passengers. Every one of the filth who get paid by TSA belong in prison.

Do you people who condone this groping, nude photo taking and harassment of innocent travelers think you're safer today than you were before all this circus-like security started? You're not. The TSA has not caught a SINGLE terrorist or potential terrorist. Not in the 9 years of their security kubuki theater. All they've managed to do is molest children, humiliate the elderly and disabled, and sexually molest hot soccer moms. Security areas are choas, travelers are confused, TSO's are ill trained, and theft by TSO's are on the rise. Choas is NOT security, it's a security flaw. We're being systematically raped of our dignity and rights. I'm no coward. I'll take my chances with a terrorist (which are microscopic) over having my body repeatedly violated by their filthy blue gloves and cancer machines. You're more likely to die from your aircraft falling out of the sky due to pilot or mechanical failure. NO MORE TSA.

I can't believe you people, uh, sheeple. To give up freedoms for security is when you will have niether. I have to travel for my job monthly, and I am highly offended by what I see at airports. You give the dimwit TSA agents a little power and they abuse it severly. Don't take away my freedoms, if you are too scared to fly unless someone fondles you, then YOU stay at home. Personally, I would do away with TSA and take my chances that myself, and other unafraid passengers will deal with the bad guys.

But did I make a big deal out it? No, I didn't! So your kid got patted down, so what! Once you start complaining and have TSA stop patting down children will be the day that you have created a hole in the system for the terrorists to use against us. They WILL put a kid on a plane with a bomb. It's what they do! They are not nice people!

Don't fly if you don't want to get possibly patted down. I'm sorry, id rather get patted down before flying then have them skip it beause it "offends" some people and then a bomb ends up on the guy sitting next to me... awesome.
