Kenmore kids turn Marshmallow Peeps into works of art

KENMORE, Wash. - A Kenmore school is turning the Easter treat Marshmallow Peeps into sweet works of art.

The sugar-crusted candy was used for a contest at Arrowhead Elementary School.

Students turned Peeps into their favorite literary characters, such as "Little Red Riding Peep" and "Princess and the Peep."

The kids say the Peeps are fun to work with.

Although I think that was a GREAT activity for the students and have a lot of praise to the teacher who developed and implemented it - I do have to say ... What happened to the ruling to NOT give out kids names in the news?? I thought the media wasn't allowed to put the kids names because It opens them up to safety issues. grrrrr

It amazes me that all the BAD, UGLY STORIES, get so many comments, Hey I like them just to cal out justice, but these nice stories get nothing, C, we suck!
