SEATTLE - Whale watchers continue to keep an eye on the waters off West Seattle. That's where a gray whale was seen over the weekend.
This video of the whale was taken Saturday night by Cliff DesPeaux. He and a group of other whale watchers camped out at Jack Block Park to catch a glimpse of the big animal.
The whale was seen swimming very close to shore throughout Saturday - moving from Lincoln Park all the way into Elliott Bay.
The whale, however, was not seen on Sunday.
