Gov. Gregoire on the Olympic torch event and makes a bet

Prior to the Olympic torch relay ceremony at the Peace Arch in Blaine, Wash. Governor Chris Gregoire spoke with KING5 News about the event and made a bet with KING5 reporter Chris Daniels.
