Gov. Chris Gregoire, in Washington, D.C., made a pitch Monday for Boeing winning an Air Force contract to produce a fleet of new tanker planes. Gregoire spoke at the National Press Club with governors from other states who stand to gain jobs from a Boeing tanker.
