It's that time again. Jesse is opening up the mailbag to answer your consumer questions:

I got e-mails from two angry Seahawk fans Jeff Wilber and Cal Pfahl. It wasn't how the team played in the first half. These fans were among others who were ticketed for parking next to this fence on Utah Street South. There aren't any "no parking" signs. I asked Seattle parking enforcement supervisor Mary Mitchell what the deal is.

"It would be impossible for the Department of Transportation to put up signs for every parking violation," she said.

It turns out, if there is no sidewalk, you must leave 3 feet from a fence or wall, even though there are no signs. Officers still have to enforce the law.

An update on Pastor Tony Morris. He's the Renton pastor who borrowed more than a million dollars from his members and other churches, and never repaid them.
Earlier this year his stuff was hauled off because he lost a $200,000 judgment to a former church member.
Since Morris didn't pay, the court ruled that everything in his house could be seized and sold.
When the moving trucks started loading, Morris filed bankruptcy. Everything was locked up and put on hold.

Now a King County judge signed off on the sale, and the pastor's household goods and jewelry will auctioned off on November 18.

Finally, your name could be among the half a million others that were just reported to the Department of Revenue Unclaimed Property Division last week.

The problem is they only have two people to log all of the paperwork. So it's going to take until about February for folks to find out if they have money coming their way. The state tells us to keep checking their Web site www.claimyourcash.org, It's updated every day.

We are the victims of the "grandparents" scam. We feel that Western Union did NOT do their part to make our money secure. The money was supposed to be sent to our grandson whom we thought was in a Mexican jail. The name of the receiver and the destination was changed somewhere enroute to Mexico. Western Union did not call us to verify the changes. Also, there was a security question that was not used because we were told it would not work in Mexico. We fell that Western Union's security has failed us. It seems so easy to manipulate their security system. Thank you for any help, Ross and Jan Copeman

Jessie, is there anything that you could do to help my daughters and I out with this? Please let me know. Maybe run a story or do a story on Matt and the gross misconduct that is happening here! I am in the process of going to law school and I still do not have my car back. I am preparing documents to take this to court, as we speak. Still it would be nice if I could get some assistance from you to help me expedite this whole matter. Court proceedings take time, and my car is accruing at $200.00, every 24 hours! Respectfully, yours, and God Bless, Ralph Yarborough Jr.....425.354.7746 cell, 425.489.2983 Hm/Fx ralphyarboroughjr@yahoo.com

Matt then said,"Well I guess you will have to move then?" I said,"Noo I am not going to move, I will be a thorn in your side!" You want me to leave because I am the only one in this complex that will stand up to you and make you do your job. Everyone else is either scared and say nd do nothing; and/or just leave. Matt said,"You are just mad because now you have to pay a lot of money to get your car back!" I told him that I will not, because if my car is not out of impound by Mon., then I am going to sue him and his parents (the apt owners) for harassement, indimidation, discrimination (I am a Black male, and disabled Vet, etc.), and for the emotional trauma that he put myself and my twin 8 year old daughters through! Later I founf out that Matt and my neighbor Stephanie; are working together to force me out! He has promised to lower her rent if she would help to get rid of me! I thought Step and I were friends, but now I know!

After much pleading with the owner of the tow company not to do this; telling him I had my twin daughters from Bremerton, and that they were standing ouside; watching all of this happening to me, in terror, I had to let the tow company take my car! The ironic thing is though; is that all 4 cops were on my side, but the tow company has a legal right to get paid. I then went to my apt; called my twins mother and advised her that the girls wanted to come home due to the fact that they were and still are; emotionally traumatized, after seeing me treated as I was! Praise God, I have great friends, and a friend drove up fom Seattle (Dina) and took us to Seattle ferry terminal; which we gave the girl to their mother and her husband. Afer my friend dropped me back off at my apt (about 9pmish) I checked my mail; I saw that there was a light on in my mgr's apt, so I knocked and he answered the door. I said," Matt, why did you have my car towed today?"

As we were going upstairs; my neighbor Step; came down and said,"I'm sorry, for being in your spot." I continued upstairs and changed clothes, and came down about 15 minutes later; only to find that a tow truck was backing up towards my car! I immediately ran downstairs (as fast as I could, I am a disabled Navy Veteran, and have torn ACL's in both knees) shoting to the driver,"Hey thats my car. I live here and I had to park there because someone was in my spot!" The driver did not care and told me that the mgr, Matt had called to have my vehicle towed! I stood behind my car and would not allow him to hook it up. He tried several times to do so, but I stood in his way. Finally I called the Bothell PD on my cell, and they arrived within minutes. The police spoke with the driver, Troy, and spooke with the owner of the company and myself. They knocked on Matt, the mgr's door and tried to call him on his phone. Matt was a no-show!

Dear Jesse, Last Easter I put some of our sterling silver in dish washer. I used Cascade Dishwashing soap. To my surprise it took the finish off about ten pieces of silver. I contacted Proctor and Gamble and they said they'd had several shipments that got frozen in transit. They asked me if ours had crystalized and at the time admitted that was the problem. Since April we have sent in the Cascade bottle, sent three pieces of the silver and it is still a stall - they are still researching the problem and will get back to us. Our claim (04154332) was made April 5, 2010. Is there anything you can do to help us get this claim closed and paid. We would be happy to have $1,000 to buy new silver. I have spent many hours on the phone following up with them. Contacts have been supervisors: Brandon B. and Katie L. @ 1-800-765-5516. Karen Eberle 253-921-5855

Dear Jesse,We bought a brand new mobilehome a little over a year ago and the sheetrock everywhere that there is a seam has cracks. They have fixed and re-done many areas but the cracks just keep re-appearing. It looks terrible and is kind of embarrasing. Who can we contact to help us with this issue?

Dear Jesse, Please help us. Ray Hoffman (director of Seattle City Light), and his wife Jamay, get these street use permits rollerstamped by the city to block off our street. This time is is so their children can play kickball in our intersection of n.w. 73rd st, and 1st n.w., on Thanksgiving Day. We have guests arriving for Thanksgiving Dinner at 2 p.m. Because of this permit, not only do we, and all of our neighbors have to remove our vehicles to a spot several blocks away, but our guests will have to search, and search for parking several blocks away. All of this while they are carrying glassware containing food items, for Thanksgiving dinner, over the snow and ice.It is outrageous that simply because Ray Hoffman is the director of Seattle City Utilities, that he and his wife can get whatever they wish. This is further complicated by the fact that Ray Hoffman, and his wife Jamay had a traffic circle installed in front of our house further reducing our availability to parking.

Dear Jesse, I have been having a problem with an online company who continues to send me unwanted merchandize. I thought I had the problem corredted and stopped until I picked up my mail on Saturday. And low and behold there was another not ordered or wanted item. The company is Geneva Watches. They charge people almost $90.00 for very cheap watches. If you do not return them-at your expense- within a very short time. They send no material identifying how or why you are receiving these watches. There is absolutely no information what so ever accompanying the watch. And only an address on the outside of the mailing envelope. Is there anyway you could assist me in getting these people stopped. Sincerely Chris Axlen

not sure where this belongs, but I thought it needed to be voiced. as of this writing, my daughter is a low income mother of one. I am also on low income and I would love to help my daughter pay for my granddaughter to participate in after school activities unfortunately I cannot. I feel that the schools charging so much for after school activities is going to limit low income children from being able to participate or not to participate at all. I fell as if they are targeting low income children from being able to learn outside of school hours. I feel that if one is serious about learning and would like to learn more even when school is not in session, they should be able to also afford it. I am so mad at the paper work that was sent home from school with her. I feel that the prices of after school activities is an outrage and that it is making it so that low income children will never be able to measure up to their peers. Please if something can be done. do it.

my relative just got ripped off buying a used car! true she should not have done it, but the car lot that nailed her knew they were taking advantage of her. When she called to tell me what she did I couldn't believe . Her live-in does not work they have all these bills cause of her surgeries and other bills that had piled up on them, To get to the bottom line they charged twice what the car was worth would not show her blue book .---2005 car that was almost same price as a new one --plus on buying a car you need full coverage which is another thing she can't keep up with!! I told her she needed to take it back and they say it a done deal????I always understood you had 30 days.............plus she said it shakes a lot? any suggestions how we can undo this. any help would be appreciated true is she needed someone with her for these decisions.

Jesse, I bought a used car ( a 1997 Isuzu Rodeo) at Liberty Auto Center last July 25. It has no warranty but Julio and Mike told me that anytime i have problem with it, i just need to drive the car back to them and they'll fix it because they have a house mechanic. After 2 days, an engine trouble surfaced, together with the loose fan belt and it was making a shrieking noise. So i called them. They told me to call back co'z the person that i made transactions with was on day off. So i called back the next day. I drove the car back on Aug. 6; Julio said the trouble was just minor and it'll take about 2 days to repair. He rescheduled me for an appointment with the mechanic on Aug. 16. In short, we left the car there. Until now they aren't fixing the car. They passed my call from 1 staff to another. I'm only earning minimum. I even bought the car on a financing scheme. i really can't afford to pay it fully or send it to a mechanic myself. Guessed i bought a lemon car. Pls. help me Jesse.

Dear Jesse, I recently tried to get insurance through Colonial Penn. I believed their were no Health questions like the commercial stated. I reiceived the policy and it included health questions, after I answered them, they denied my Coverage. I believe they should not give people false hopes. This has caused me to no longer try to get any insurance. Is what they are doing is correct?

Jesse, I also emailed king 5 at newstips@king5.com with "Get Jesse, I need Jesse" in the subject line, Jesse here is my situation. A grave injustice has been done to me. I was the victim of assault from my step grandmother, and after I called the police so that they would press charges on her they decided to NOT press charges and to instead send me off to jail under "probable cause" to a couple of car windows damage that was done to the car that through a verbal agreement was legally entitled to me. And that was under my car insurance. When I was in jail before trial I was being charged with 2 felonies. I found this amazingly compelling since I had extreme character evidence against my step grandmother that made me look good and her proven as guilty. Please read my story for all the evidence you'll need.

Jesse, My wife and I recently were victims of a scam on the internet we want everyone to be aware of. My wife recently renewed her membership on classmates.com. She did not sign up for anything but classmates and used our debit card to pay the fee. We noticed a charge on our account of $23.95 from MVQ Privmat. I called this number and found it to be Privacy Matters123. I called them and they stated we had signed up for 12 months of credit protection. I asked them to cancel and they refused. We have closed the bank account they were drawing from as the only way to stop this theft. Besides the hassle of changing accounts and the inconvenience they have caused us, I would really like to know why the state government continues to allow these thieves to rip off the citizens of this state using deceptive ways to sign people up. Please let everyone know about this rip off. Walt and Jan Vickers

Dear Jesse, My daughter who is 18 years old recently purchased a car from Parkland Auto Center in Tacoma. She was ripped off by the dealership into leasing a Ford Escort, 1999 in the amount of $13,795.00. She thought the car was costing her $1,300. She is illiterate to contracts and leasing agreenments. She just started a job two months ago making $10 an hour and gave the dealership $500 down for the vehicle and signed the lease. After having the car for over a week, she let me see the contract and I couldn't believe that the dealership took advantage of issuing her a car that blue book value is less than $2000 for $13,000 over ten years old. I took the car back and told the salesman that my daughter doesn't even have a driver license and I didn't even know she knew how to drive. The dealership refused to return her down payment. Is there anything that can be done to void this contract? They should be put out of business!

Dear Jesse, I recently saw that it was costing taxpayers 118,000 for 8 days of special sessions to balance the state budget. Why? Aren't these guys on salaried payroll. Why are they getting paid extra. Why aren't they donating hours to save monies, instead of adding to the deficit. They were suppose to have done this during their normal hours of office. More beauracratic B.S. Would appreciate the feedback. Jesse Hein, Jr. (Port Townsend, Wa .)

My situation is the U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court Judge, Thomas Glover, is effectively blind, with Macular Degeneration to the extent that he must hold papers within 2" of his eyes; he can see if a box is checked, and such, but he can't read and understand the material in the Court submissions before him. The filings in a court case are ignored in his court. He depends on the friendships and acquaintainces with the lawyers who appear before him.

Hello Jesse, I hope you can help these poor little doggies. My sister has a neighbor that lives a few houses away. She has at anytime 4-6 chihuahuas that is used for breeding. I am not against that at all, but I am against the way they are treated. Those dogs are so afraid of her they won't come to her when she calls them and they hide from her. They are such tiny little things and she leaves them out all night with the racoons and coyotes all around. The poor things are so hungry all the time they follow my sisters car home when she gets off work because they know she will give them food and water. She has one male that the last time my sister seen him (2 weeks ago) he was so skinny she could see his bones. One female was killed by a car last year because the poor little thing was out in the middle of the road. My Sis has called Friends of Animals and Animal Control and they are just too busy to come and check on them. Could you please help us?

Hi Jesse, On February 2008 during refund tax my husband and I went to Evergreen sales and lease in federal way to get a car. We put down $2,000 for the 1999 ford expedition, the car price was at $11, 000. Roy the sale person asked us if we can put down another $1,000 so that they will lower the price for the car to $8,000 so we agreed. brake is not good. They said we can go to a car shop to fix it..and than gave them the receipt so they will reinbursed our money back. I haven't seen one cents of that brake. 1 month we were behind they came repo the car. We put down $1,750 to get the car back. November we were behind one payment and they came repo it again. This time I asked them how much to get the car back..they told me its $9,000 to get it back..I asked why so much they said its because the interest went up..we spend almost $5,000 on the car. we don't have the car, from this day on we receive letters from vehicle licensing to pay the tab on the car. Please help

Dear Jesse, I resently have had a problem with my 2006 Nissan Frontier truck . The service engine light came on and I had my local Autozone run a scan on it and it refered to a recall on the Nissan web sight. I have contacted Nissan corp. and they are telling me because my truck is not listed on their recall list that they can't fix it under the company policy. The NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID Number :10v075000 states this could cause the vehicle to run out of gas and stall in traffic, increasing the risk of a crash. I work for AAA Washington / Inland as a servce tech in a tow truck. I would think with the recent recall problem rising with other companys that they would want to take care of the customer. We have traded with Nissan for many years and this is how we are treated. All this because my truck was manufactured in Sept 2006 and not from 01/23/2006 to 03/16/2006. Please help Jesse

Hi Jesse. I want to tell you about my bother and wife. They are low income. they lived in a low income complex, in Chehalis, Wa. My brother does not have a job, but his wife does at a nursing home. She has not gotten any raises and has made the same amount a month for a couple of years. They were told that their rent would be increased next month, but the tenants living on welfare, their rent did not go up. They can not afford the raise therefore they are moving back to their old place, which in my opinion is a hole in the wall. I don't understand how people who have to work for a living on a low income keep being treated unfair. Thanks for listening, Jade

Jesse... my name is Diane, I've got a daughter who is a mother. Shes trying to get back on her feet and get off assistance with the government. She went back to school, graduated and just got a job that could potentially get her going and taking care of herself... here lies the problem. She went to DSHS for assistance with daycare. She is below the median and would qualify except for the fact there are two months within the year where everyone gets paid three times in one month instead of two... Now I'm not sure how this can be that a young mother wants to get a job and be self supporting but needs some assistance and can't get it because of two extra paychecks! Yet they are paying some women to stay at home and do nothing at all, women who keep pumping out kids so they can do nothing! If she has to pay for daycare she may as well stay on welfare because after daycare and rent she will have about $200 left over for EVERYTHING else... gas, water, food, garbage, etc. How can this happen?

Can Jesse help? A few weeks ago, I ordered Wild Blue Satellite internet. They have a protocol in place whereby they call you to confirm your order, you hit 1 and your order is confirmed. I paid the first time $99.95, but was not home to get the confirmation call and their computer spit me completely out of their computer. I did not know that I had to do this and when Monday came for the day of the installation nobody came. I called and asked why, and they could not find me at all in the system or that I paid. They then told me that if I paid the second time, they would refund my money. The payments just needed to get into my account. I sent them a copy of my bank statement stating that I had been charged twice. $99.95 may not be much, but for me it is a fortune and because of their mistake, I was overdrawn. I need that refund, but I am getting nowhere with them. I feel that I got a raw deal and now I regret having done business with them. I would never recommend them.

We recently listed our house with the Hellickson Real Estate Team and just wanted to warn everyone we can that they are the most unprofessional, rude, and ineffective company I have ever encountered. Upon first listing, they made Multiple mistakes with inputting our house's info, took pictures worse than my dog could have done, and ignored our phone calls repeatedly. If you sign with them, beware, you will never again see the guy who signs you up. And they don't explain this or tell you who your new point of contact is. They also do not tell you that they prefer to be contacted via e-mail. They can't be bothered with, you know, talking to you on the phone if, in the event that they ACTUALLY get someone to look at your house, you come home and find your front door wide open and your TV gone; you'll need to wait until Monday to receive a reply to that e-mail. And that is assuming you managed to get an e-mail address for your new point of contact, who you'll never actually know.

Key Bank told me they would agree to continue & Subordinate my 2nd mortgage. Bank of America (primary) approved to refinance & lower my intereste rate, keeping payments same, changing from a 20 to a 15 year loan. Nothing w/ KB would change. BOA did an on-line appraisal finding house value at $165K. KB demanded $260 CASH for a Subordination fee. KB demanded another $70 for a DRIVEBY appraisal, which they show only $94K. Yet when BOA & myself both called KB to get copy of the appraisal, we were both told by KB there was no supporting documentation of the appraisal. When BOA told KB the $260 was being requested to be refunded, KB told BOA they would credit my loan the $260 instead of paying me back the same way it was paid CASH. IF KB HAS NO DOCUMENTATION SUPPORTING THEIR SUPPOSED DRIVEY BY APPRAISAL, THEN THE $94k APPRAISAL VALUE IS NOT VALID. Filed complaints with Attorney General's Office, Dept of Financial Institutions, Comptroller of the Currency, Key Bank.

PLEASE HELP JESSE! If anyone can get to the bottom of this scam it would be YOU! You are so thorough with all you do. I'm not sure if you heard about the Acai Berry Scam yet but it is getting out of hand and too many consumers are getting ripped off. Nobody is doing anything about it. It needs to go public as soon as possible. If I can help at least one person from avoiding getting their bank account drained then I have done my duty. I have been scammed since November 2008 with this so called company named FIT FACTORY and I never even knew it was going on. Yes, I'm very embarrassed but they were so sneaky. I am slowly putting the pieces together and did find my original email from November 2008 telling them to cancel my "so called free sample". They have been taking money out of my account under a different name every single month for over two years. One I did some research on the internet by typing in search words "Fit Factory Scam" I was able to find hundreds of emails. HELP!

Jesse, My daughter got a call stating she is the recipient of a $15K Grant. She didn't apply for one. This was a phone call that came in w/name and # unavailable. *69 was unable to trace back. She gave her last 4 digits of her Social Security # to the guy. He gave her a phone number and confirmation #. Calling # said the person you're trying to contact is unavailable. 1-206-289-0753 is the #. He told her it was for paying her taxes on time. ??? I believe it's a scam/identity theft issue. What should she do to prevent malicious actions against her now, or to verify the grant is valid? Obviously not posting the confirmation number, but will provide it if you answer. Thank you.

Jesse.. Please help me I'm very worn out and don't have the means for a lawsuit. I don't know where else to go with this. I made a cash payment to my mortgage account to WellsFargo for $1335.81 on Oct. 2nd (but lost my receipt). I became aware of the mistake and have been back and forth trying to figure out what happened. After 5 months of going back and forth (to many details and history to explain) their response is that I never made this payment. My only proof is the surveillance video but they tell me I would need a court order to do that.. All I want is to see that video and ask them what happened or who took my money..???.. I'm very frustrated and don't know where else to go for help.

I need Jesse to look into a scam for me. I got an email offering me a Geneva Watch for $1 plus shipping abd handling. I admit it looked too good to be true, but after reading the entire site--I ordered it. After all was said and done there was a small print on the order confirmation that after 5 days my credit card will be charged $88.00. The website is ://www.mygenevawatch.com/. Could you please check into this for me. I have tried (for an hour) but to no avail. Thank-you, Lee Sweeney

Hi Jesse. I am having a problem with Verizon. They mailed a modem to a house we were not occupying until two weeks after they mailed the modem. I was not at the house that they mailed the modem to until two weeks after their records showed it was mailed. I have legal documentation showing we did not occupy this house until this date. They are charging me $50 for a modem that they "assumed" I received. They do not require people to sign for their equipment and I was told by a supervisor in their DSL department that because their records indicate that it was mailed to me (again I was not even at the house at this time, the old owners were still living here) that I had to pay for it. I asked the lady how did I know they never got the modem back in their office and she could not answer me. I feel it's very unfair for them to charge me for something that I never received nor did I sign for. Can you please help me with this problem?

Hi Jesse I hope you can assist me. My taxes were completed by Liberty last year-2008. They found an error from previous two tax years-2006/2007. The taxes had been done by Jackson Hewitt. With Jackson Hewitt I had the Gold card protection for both years. This should have covered the error they made on our tax returns in the amount of $2876.00. The problem employee made the error by declaring to much depreciation on income property. The error employee made was $6,755.00 for 2006 and $9,535.00 for 2007. To correct this error form 3115 showed the corrected amount and was accepted by IRS. I had to pay the corrected amount in 2008 to stop any further damage. According to the Gold guarantee Claim the company should return my money. The claim was turned in on April 15, 2008. The Jackson Hewitt people in Lacey did not even turn the paperwork in until September. I do not feel they acted honorably. They did not pay me back. Can you help???

Dear Jesse Compared to come of the requests you get this is minimal so I'm not expecting HUGE feedback but here goes. I have what appears to be a "customer service" issue with Target. I purchased an item on clearance at the Gig Harbor Target store for $45.00. They only had one of these items and I needed 2 so I had them locate the same item at the Target store in Tacoma. I drove to Tacoma to purchase the second item only to find it listed there on clearance for $62.00. I asked the store manager to price match their item with the item I had already purchased at Gig Harbor since it was EXACTLY the same thing. The store manager in Tacoma said that all Target stores were able to list their clearance items individually and did not have to price match a clearance item. He couldn't understand why I just wouldn't spend the extra $20 for the same exact item I had already purchased if I really wanted it. He was not willing to honor the other stores price. This seems a poor practice.

Hello Jessie: I have a business in Graham. I have been trying to cancel a Credit card processing account now since Aug 26,09. This company is in the state of California. To the best of my knowledge they owe me over 800.00. I had account with them for 4 yrs and 2 mo.(lease was up) cancelled for poor service and signed up with 1 year , assuring me he would take care of our needs. So to make a long story short, he never cancelled the first account. So they was two accounts. The one account taking out monthly charge with no transaction. Tried numerous time to contact sales agent, with no response. Customer Service gave me his Dist Manager, left 4 messages on his phone, no response. Well the two accounts are closed now but unable to get any response on the monies they owe me , due to the salesmen that never cancelled the first account. I'm now unable to print monthly statements so am not sure just how much they owe me. Can you help with an out of state problem

The cost came to $75.00 USD which included the $69.00 for the product and $6.00 for the shipping and handling. The check was cashed August 19, 2009 but til' to date I have not recieved the product. I have made numerous emails and and phone calls to this company. When i spoke to the representatives of the company they seemed rude and unwilling to help out. Could you look into this? Hi Jesse. In December my daughter and I moved into a new apartment, we heard about the Comcast deal: internet, phone and cable for 99.00 for a year. We called to explain that we wanted the 3 services in the living room and cable in my room. He wrote my name wrong which he later supposedly corrected. However, I received a letter from the credit company saying my credit wasn’t good which wasn’t accurate. When the installer came and I asked about my bedroom he said there was no note of a second box. He explained that because there was no outlet in my room they needed an authorization from the apartment manager, which he took back with him. The next time an installer came he couldn’t do it because they were too many apartments. The next technician installed the outlet, but could not install the box. The next time was scheduled between 2:00 to 4:00 my daughter had to go to work, so she left at 4:50; they said they came at 4:55. We had to make another appointment and are still waiting.

Jesse, We've been Scammed and need your help please! My Fiancee and I went on Craigslist to find apts., Our lease would be up on Dec.31st. but our notice would need to be turned in by Dec.11.. Due to a "Misdimeanor" on his criminal background we were denied by 4 places and Screening Fee's were adding up. On Dec.11th with one last bit of hope I went back on craigslist, that is where I found "Affortable Rentals" they promised and guareented that (Bad credit, criminal backgrounds) were not a problem, they promised to have you moved in someplace in a day if you wanted. We thought "Wow" thats great. We drove to Seattle and met at their Office and briefly explained the situation we were in. They insisted that we go home and turn in our Notice to Vacate, They said they would have us in a place immediately with no problem.. it cost us $250.00 It is now Dec.20th., we had to pull our Notice as to not be homeless at Christmas. They are $250.00 richer. No Calls, No Help, just raped!!!

Jessie! About a week ago I was aproached by a young thin blonde female in the parking lot of 24 hour fitness in silver lake. She was knocking on my window of my car before I had parked. As a rolled my window down she gave me a story bout locking her keys in her car and she needed money to get a lock smith. I gave her the 6 dollars I had on me.On Monday the same thing happened to me at the target store on everett mall way. Same girl, same story. I told her she had used that one on me so nice try. She hurried away to her next victom. Today she was out there again doing the same thing with her bf. I followed her saw her pump gas in her ford explorer and drive along down the road. I told my clients about this experience and more then half of them have encountered the same girl same story from lake stevens marysville everett and lynnwood. When I reported this to police was told it is not a crime to beg and it is up to the people to give her money. I just want people to be aware of her!

Help, we are being shot at!. We live in a new rural home adjacent t oa powerline easement. We have heard people shooting guns nearby, assumed it was neighbors as this is not a "no shooting' area. Saturday, afterr hearing gun shots for over an hour, a bullet broke a window and we called for a deputy and brought the shooters to our house--and they were not local but had been told it was a "safe" area to shoot. They had ented the power line easement from a wooded trail from the main road and did not know how close they were to houses. The deputy who investigated told us that it was legal to shoot in this part of Snohomish County unless the property was posted no shooting. We have contacted Bonneville Power to get it posted and have not received a return phone call from the department who could authorize the posting. We are very concerned that "visiters" will use this "shooting" area again during Christmas vacation time and it really is pretty unsafe for us to approach them ourselves

Hi Jesse, I emailed a month or so ago about a Problem I was having with Direct TV. I saw on the news tonight that the attorney general is looking into claims about them also. Should I get in touch with them and who/how would I do that? When I signed up with them, nothing was said about the early disconnection fee, an in fact the technician who installed the system told me to hold onto the boxes, cuz I had 30 days to decide if I wanted to keep it. Well I was not happy with the service or station selection and I did call and cancel and returned the equipment in there supplied boxes. Now they want 460.00 dollars because I cancelled early. I have talked to them and they say there policy is on their website and I should have read it. They didn't even care what the technician told me and they work for them. I don't think I should have to pay for it because of what the technicians said and they didn't say anything about the early cancellation. Can you help?

Jesse, I had surgery in 2005 a large portion of the bill was not covered by my insurance, I arranged with Harrison Hospital to make payments, I have always made these payments on time. Harrison Medical Center sent me a letter in the mail stating that as of August 1, 2009 all balances for services provided must be paid in full and that my bill would have to be paid in full on that date, if this was not possible I could make arrangements with their collection agency and gave a number to call within 10 business days to discuss the account. The letter arrived at my address on the 1st of December, On the 3rd of December I received in the mail a letter from Dynamic Collectors INC asking me to contact their office to make payment arrangements and that no interest would be added to my balance if I paid the payments as agreed, I was given no time to decide before they turned over my bill to collection. Is this legal?

Jesse, I have been trying to work with Ford and Korum Ford in Puyallup for a "Water Intrusion" problem on our Ford Five Hundred. After investigating this problem I see thousands of people with the same problem. I have kept good records of these emails and have a bill from Korum. If you search for the problem it is everywhere, and people are suffering financialy dealing with it because Ford is not holding up their end. There is one recall on "door latches" leading to some of the water instrusion, but it is so horrible for the ones like us who have puddles of water in the drivers side and water in the doors sloshing around. Korum supposedly fixed the problem, then charged us for the fix because our extended warrenty has ran out, although we've complained many times while it was still a good warrenty. Please check the "Ford Forum", and please tell the people paying out of pocket that all of us are havng trouble with this issue. there are 15 letters/recall on the Ford 500. BBB next. Marla

So my son in law is in the military and had a flight ticket that he paid $778 for his leave in Dec. and his wife got sick while she was here in WA. He had to fly last minute from VA. They said that he had to pay an extra $323 for and left the return ticket for Dec.26th cause he didnt know when he was going to go back home. Or how long she was going to be in the hospital. Then he was trying to change his flight back for the 13th of Dec. and they were going to charge him $445 to change it when Ifound tickes online for $174 throught the same airlines. The orignal tichets were bought through cheap tickets, so the flights were split between US Airways and Continental after 3 hours on the phone back and forth i just decided to buy a ticket for him and his wife through Continental and only paid $387 total. so now instead he has a credit of $618. so here i am asking you what can i do to protect someone from getting screwed the way that i did? Thanks for the help.i have more info Sharon N.

Jesse! Im curious if anyone has ever wondered about the Fraud that happens when you have gone through an Auto Accident and your Auto Insurance Company is billed by the Hospital for a procedure costing $11,400.00 that normally costs $4,500. You have now used up your Auto Insurance Insury Money and the Hospital is billing you the remaining balance. We have had the same procedures done since the accident and they have cost far less before the Health Insur. Co even adjust it, thats where I got the figure $4,500. What is going on? Why are the Hospitals doing this OR is this something they do together! Please, someone help me understand, where my hard earned Auto Insurance dollars are going?

I was just wondering why it takes so long for people to get SSI disability. I hav been trying for over a year and was told by Social Security this mornitn that I was not going to here anything on my appeal until early 2011. In the mean time I have no income and are in the process of loosing my house and are behind in my bills. My wife works but is not making as much as she was before being outsorced by Boeing. I have had eight heart attachs and all this stress is not doing me good. I was told last August 2008 after my 7th heart attach that I could not work. Now I had my 8th July 2009. It is bad that the government takes so long to get things done. I have written to senators, the president, the governor and other news stations to no avail. What is wrong with this country that they would show such disrespect to people trying to get disability. I realize that there are people that abuse the system but I have a valid medical reason. I could use some help. Thanks Joseph Kelemen
