President Obama delivers his State of the Union address tonight (on KING5 at 6 p.m.). Appearing on KING5 Morning News, Former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan said, the speech will frame the debate going into the President's second term. McClellan served as spokesman for former President George W. Bush.
