Frugal dating is on the rise in the U.S.
According to a survey by couponcabin.com, 26 percent of respondents had used a coupon on the first date, compared to 18 percent last year.
Almost three out of four surveyed said that using a coupon on the first date could actually lead to a second date.
However, 3 percent said using a coupon is actually offensive.
