SEATTLE -- Noisy foxes, zombie hot dogs, and Duck Dynasty men -- those are just a few of the trendy, fun Halloween costumes that will hit the streets this year.
Value Village at Crown Hill prepares all year for this event.
"We start going through our donated items and wait to see what the trends are so we're ready for Halloween," said costume consultant Allison Hughes.
This year some of the hottest costumes were inspired by a viral music video out of Norway.
"It's called 'What Would the Fox Say,'" said Hughes. "They are a bunch of animals in it and of course a fox."
The video was done by the band Ylvis, which consists of two brothers from Norway.
Also hot this year: costumes based on the popular HBO tv "Game of Thrones."
"It's a lot of fur and nice material to make elaborate looking dresses and robes," said Hughes.
But you would be surprised to see what was used to make the costume look fancy.
"We used a table runner for the belt and a table cloth for the cloak," said Hughes.
All Value Village stores have costume consultants on hand to help you get the prefect costume. They don't have to be unusual; there are lots of traditional looks to choose from as well.
