Police have released the 911 calls from a BASE jumper who spent the night hanging from parachute straps on Mount Baring overnight Monday.

Snohomish County rescuers had to pull 44-year-old Eldon Burrier of Lynnwood 200-feet up the cliff near Stevens Pass where his parachute tangled in a Monday night leap.

The man said he was making a memorial jump for a Bothell woman who died July 25 when her chute didn't open at the same spot.
