An Amber Alert out of Mill Creek, Wash., has been canceled after 25-year-old Sajza Henry and her two children, 2-year-old son Tyrel and 8-month-old daughter Alexandria, were found safe in Eugene, Oregon.

FBI agents and Oregon police found Henry and her two children in an Albertsons grocery store parking lot.

Department of Social Health Services alerted police after Sajza and the children left their home in the 2600 block of 143rd Place SE in Mill Creek Thursday morning.

Authorities werevery  concerned because 2-year-old Tyrel is on a ventilator and requires 24-hour nursing care. Henry had untreated mental health issues and is not allowed to be the sole caretaker of the children.
