Five thousand rubber ducks were dumped in Tacoma's Foss Waterway Saturday morning. The Duck Derby is a fundraiser for the Korean Women's Association. Adopt a duck for $5 and you have a chance to win $5,000. The organization helps senior citizens, domestic violence victims and those with breast cancer.
